When author Walter Kolosky released his updated eBook edition of Power, Passion and Beauty - The Story of the Legendary Mahavishnu Orchestra last year, he included some great additional material culled from new interviews he conducted with several high-profile musicians. One of those musicians was iconic guitar legend Carlos Santana. However, as is often the case with such endeavors, Walter's interview with Santana yielded more material than was needed for the project it was intended for.
I was thrilled when Walter reached out to me about the prospect of presenting this additional Santana interview material in an exclusive feature for the Guitar Channel.
