This was the Joe Satriani/Steve Vai benefit concert for their friend Cliff Cultreri. Cliff is a music industry veteran who is currently suffering from a host of Auto-Immune and Connective-Tissue disorders. The show featured guest performers Steve Lukather, Paul Gilbert, Scott Henderson, Johnny Hiland, Dweezil Zappa, and Johnny A.
