Tickets are now on sale for this year's NYC FretLess Guitar Festival being held on Friday, September 29th and Saturday (ALL DAY), September 30th 2006 at the Knitting Factory in New York www.KnittingFactory.com

This year's FretLess Fest will once again define the FretLess Guitar as the next option in sound for guitarists of all styles. Some of the Artists performing this year are Dave FUZE Fiuczynski, Ned Evett, Franck Vigroux, Scott McGill, Jon Catler, Ed DeGenaro, Ratko Zjaca, Michael ATONAL Vick and more. www.FretLessGuitarFestival.com

We will also have a FretLess Guitar WorkShop on Saturday, September 30th starting at 1pm at the Knitting Factory in the Tap Bar where many of the performing Artists will demonstrate their particular Unfretted techniques. I haven't seen a lot of fretless guitar. I recently watched Steve Vai play his white triple-neck Ibanez, one neck of which is fretless... Man, impressive display, but I can see why he sat down for most of the song.
