Saw this on the Steve Morse site, and in this Mike Varney profile piece on studioexpresso.com. Jeff Richman is producing another tribute album for the Tone Center label. This time it's a Steely Dan tribute including Steve Morse, Mike Stern, Robben Ford, Al DiMeola, Steve Lukather, Jimmy Herring, Jay Graydon, Elliot Randall, and others. I love Steely Dan. This should be awesome!

Any idea when it is due?

According to the Mike Varney interview, it's coming soon. However, It's not on the label's website yet so who knows. Jeff Richman also produced tributes to John Coltrane, Miles Davis, and Mahavishnu for the same label. They're all great so this should be awesome.

UPDATE: the Steely Dan tribute will be titled "The Royal Dan" and will be released May 9th.
