Rich Murray

I've been playing guitar for over 28 years.
Studied at the Bloom School of Jazz in Chicago 1991.
Graduated from GIT in Hollywood 1993.

I currently own 7 guitars:
- 1991 Fender Strat (heavily modded)
- 2005 Schecter Gryphon
- 2012 Schecter PT
- Ovation Standard Balladeer steel string
- Taylor GS Mini
- Yamaha G-235 classical
- old beat-up Gibson Melody Maker (my "Pat Travers" guitar).

In addition to running The Guitar Channel, I also contribute to Abstract Logix, and have written for Modern Guitars Magazine.
