Man, what blast that must have been!
Appreciated the Carvin pics. I own two Carvins and will be getting a CT4 soon. Did you happen to play any of the CTs (or the Holdsworth) at the booth? If so, what did you think?

I played the Holdsworth model. It weighs a metric ton, but the neck is really nice. I liked the finish too. Unfortunately, Carvin was one of the many booths where you couldn't plug in the guitars, so I can't really tell you how the Holdsworth sounds. Stay tuned for a lengthy "diary" of my NAMM week.

Wow, that's weird. I've seen pics from prior NAMM shows on Carvin's website and they had rows of amps set up with people playing. Too bad you couldn't plug one in.
