Google Mobile Local (NEW)

Google just added a Local section to Google Mobile. Google Local includes images from Google Maps, which allows zooming in, our, or scrolling N,W,S or E. They also have step-by-step driving directions. Google has also enabled the Click-2-Call feature so can call any of the numbers in their phonebook.

Half Life 2 Expansion To Be Released

Valve is readying the first expansion pack for the unanimously acclaimed Half-Life 2. Provisionally titled 'Aftermath', the expansion is tentatively scheduled for a 'summer' release, according to PC Gamer UK.

Google Maps - Satellite View!

Google Maps has a new Satellite View feature. You can search and move around the maps in Satellite view view the same way you can in the regular map view. Google purchased digital map maker Keyhole awhile back. Now it appears they are offering the Keyhole technology, or at least part of it, for free. Very cool!
